At TheraPetMD, we want you and your furry companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all TheraPetMD tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
